"Life is Good"

This pic is a very special one, it's of my husband Tom and I returning a lost vest back to it's owner.  John was so happy to see it again, he thought he'd lost it forever.

On July 24 I was asked to meet up with Mo amd Gecko from the Full Throttle Magazine so they could give me a Good Deed patch for my vest.  I tell ya those two folks are very nice folks and a couple I'd love to ride with.

Thanks Mo & Gecko and all the good folks at Full Throttle

Don't Ride Faster Than Your Angel Can Fly

Something that I have learned from my experiences in riding is

" It's not the destination, it's the ride"

Saturday July 3rd, hubby come home from work and the sky was full of clouds and in the back ground was lots of thunder and he said lets get ready and ride.  I asked him if he was nuts but I hurried and got ready.  I couldn't believe he wanted to do this, He's getting brave in his old age.  Any way we dodged the rain, thunder and lightening and made it up to Punta Gorda to have dinner.  Turned out to be a "Great ride and lots of fun."  But then again aren't they all?

I bet by now you're figuring the only bikes I like are Harleys aren't you???  Not!!  I really do like all bikes and one of my favoites are the speed bikes.  I think I have the need for speed and finally got a  chance to try it out.  Sunday July 11th my husband and I took a ride over to Okeechobee to the flea market, there was this cute little Ninja, I couldn't help but try it out for size.
